For bookings where you don’t want the $300 credit , do you have to prepay to get the breakfast credit ? Are all prepaid bookings non refundable ?

I am looking for a recommendation for an April girls trip. We are in our 40s. Direct beach access is primary concern but all feed back welcome.

I have two gallon bags of frozen peeled bananas. Is banana bread my only option? Any other ideas

I’m hoping to book July 1 for a July 3-5 stay. Hotel rates where I’m looking are still low so hoping that is a sign of not being sold out.
Is there a time I can book ? Is it based on my time zone (Pacific) or eastern ?
If I book after midnight my time zone am I 100% safe the credit will trigger ?

Edit: I am trying to trigger the credit for the second half of the year. Sorry if it wasn’t clear.

I am trying to get a business account bonus. I had money in a non linked Chase checking account, I moved it to Capital One and then I added it new to the new Chase business account. Does that qualify? It is new money but it was at Chase before Capital One.

Can I move money from my Chase personal checking account to Capital One then move it to a new Chase Business account to get the bonus ? Will they release it came from Chase originally (going to Capital One in between)?
