Capital one deposit

Got my ITIN approved over a week ago and also got approved for a cp1 secured card. Going to the deposit details, I need US banking credentials to pay the deposit.

Did anyone else also encounter this and how did you go about it?

2GD timing chain

Hey need some help diagnosing my timing chain guide.

Engine had a hard cold start sound which I pinpointed to a failed tensioner. But looking at the guides, one of the plastic pads moves/slides on its metal backing. The movement isn’t too excessive but it also seems like thats it came like this from factory.
The blues-whitish mark.
