Best options in Twin Cities for vegetable plant starts?

I grew my own seedlings this year, but my squash, roma tomatoes, and cucumbers are not doing very well. Partly because I've kept them inside.

I'd like to pick up a few more from a garden center. What are your favorite places to get healthy plants?

What should I do at this point? E-filed 4/15, IRS giving various info

Turbotax says my return was accepted, the IRS tracker shows it was received and it has not moved to the approval step.

During the first week of this month, a message appeared on the IRS refund tracker website stating that my return has not been processed because the IRS needs more information from me, and that they sent a letter. I have not received the letter.

I then requested a copy of my transcript. The IRS mailed my transcript on 5/11 and I received it this week. My transcript says there is no record of a return filed. I don't understand how that is possible, I thought it was at least supposed to show the return in a pending/rejected status since they are acknowledging it was received.

Another challenge I'm having is that the ID.Me process is not working for me at all. I've tried to verify my identity on multiple devices/browsers with all permissions enabled. If I do it on my phone, the site insists I don't have camera functionality. If I do it on a computer, I never receive the verification email with next steps.

Do I just keep waiting at this point and hope the letter eventually shows up? Do I call? I'm trying not to be a pest, but I'm worried that I will be penalized somehow because there is no return on file.

Some kind of berry?

Located in Twin Cities, Minnesota. This was planted by the previous homeowners (I bought my house last summer). I do not remember seeing this plant bloom last year - it was very young and I also had a lot going on with moving in. I think there were a handful of berries, but I don't remember if they were black or red when they ripened (I remember them being green and they might have been eaten by birds before they finished ripening). Plant ID app is very inconclusive, but the top guesses seem to be black chokecherry or cockspur hawthorn?

I can add that most of the other pre-existing plants here were chosen for cold hardiness and are native to northern central or northeastern US/Canada, so I assume this is too. There is a serviceberry bush elsewhere in the yard (this looks completely different).

Hoping to be able to get a relatively positive ID from the flowers.

I meant to get to sowing my American Flag leek seeds, but got distracted with making sure my onion starts and seed potatoes arrived. Now May starts tomorrow. This would put me into October for harvesting the leeks. Will it get too hot in July/August for them to do well? I'm wondering if I should plant more onions or carrots in the space I reserved for leeks instead.

I bought my house last year, and the only tree on my property was stuck by lightning about a month later. It took out a significant set of branches (about the size of the larger remaining main fork). There was quite a bit of scorching, which you can kind of still see on the bark on both of the main forks and some of the branches near the break. But it also seems(?) to have recovered well. It is 10 feet away from my house.

Based on these pictures, is this worth potentially working with an arborist to try to save? Or should I just assume it probably has internal damage and proceed with removal given the proximity to buildings?

I am torn because I love trees in general and feel bad about the idea of taking down a mature tree, but I'm very nervous about this particular tree. I don't want it to break again and damage my house or my neighbor's, or fall a vehicle. We do get severe hail and thunderstorms.
