How do you guys work in a bullpen office environment?

I am considering working for a new company. The job requires 5 days in the office, this is not a problem, as I live fairly close, and the compensation is competitive. My biggest concern, though, is when I went for the final interview, I noticed that all of the team works in a bullpen like environment.

I anticipate that over half of my day will be spent on meetings, considering that some of the team works in the other locations, and our clients are national.

How do you even go about doing this? I’m coming from 10 years of working remotely as a project manager, so this is very different..

Feedback: what does this app do?

Updating UI screens in my app and looking for feedback. I’m keeping it simple because I want honest reactions. Based on the images:

  1. Can you tell me what the app does
  2. Would you use it? I.e continue the onboarding process ?

I’m just trying to get some miracle knots crochet hair

I have been searching all over Beyoncé’s Internet to try to find a reliable friend to get my miracle knots done. I don’t mind paying a good price for it up to $500, if it’s quality here because I’d be able to reuse it for multiple styles. Plus I plan on doing it myself so I’ll save money on the install. I’ve just seen so many back-and-forth reviews on what brands are the best. I’ve done the searches I read it but it’s very mixed, not looking for perfection but at least a good return of my investment.

Recommend so far: Yg wigs, I see, y wigs, luvme, and vshow hair.

Any others I’m Missing?

I made a tracking app for: skincare, haircare, make-up and wellness.

I created this app for myself because I wanted to track all of these things in one place. Plus I wanted to see how fitness, sleep and other biological factors fit into the picture.
I just launched last week, and just looking for a few ladies that might be willing to check it out and give me feedback.

With so many things in the market, I wanted to make sure I build something useful.

Tips for drooping under cheeks

I know that it is fairly minimal at this point but I’m starting to see some light drooping around the cheek and nose area. I’m aware this is a typical part of aging but I wonder if anyone has tips or suggestions for what works.

So far I got facial massages and retinols. Which I do use.
