Rajasthan APO

How are you guys managing hindi? It's making me go insane. Someone suggested me Raghav Prakash book, but it's just too lengthy. How to do vilom shabd, paribhasik shabdavali and all. Please guide me before I lose my mind 😭🙏

Any good alternative or any trick to remember these?

How is this even possible?

15 hours I can still understand, but 18 hours? 20 hours? Yesterday I saw 24 hours. I know this has to be fake but why? What do they get by doing this? Do they feel happy faking this?

Like can't they study sincerely and celebrate that win instead doing this shit. People genuinely amaze me. Lol.

Books I read in July

I was in a reading slump for 4 years and this New Years I decided to read more books, as many as I can. I completed my 7th book of this year that is 'The Midnight Library' by Matt Haig.

I completed these 4 books in July itself and I have never been more proud of myself.

Now about the books:

  1. Murder on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie -

I liked it but the end wasn't something that I was expecting maybe, I feel it a little too dramatic, all the hype and chaos created to find the killer and in the end.. ehh.. so a 3.5/5

  1. Confessions by Kanae Minato-

If you love dark thrillers go for it, I completed this book in 3 days and the end gave me chills, I didn't expect the ending. I loved this book.. a 5/5.

  1. The Memory Police by Yoko Ogawa-

If you like novels that deal with dystopia, this one is for you, I like such novels because it gives me a space to think, it allows me to have perspective... a 4.5/5

  1. The Midnight Library by Matt Haig-

I loved this book, this book was something I really needed, this book made me realise that even though we all wish for something which we could have done so that our lives would have been easier or happier but we don't realise that 'that something' could have made our lives worse too. 'The best way to learn is to Live'.. a 5/5.

Thank you for reading ❣️

Life

It's around 3 am right now, many of you would agree with what I am going to say.

Everything seems so fixable in the morning but at night when you finally get time with yourself, you realise how lonely you are. The night feels longer, you pick up your phone, scroll down through your contact list but there is no one who could be texted or called. Nobody can be available for you 24/7. So you decide to fall asleep, you see dreams, dreams which appear to be more peaceful and happy that you never wanna wake up, suddenly you hear a voice, your alarm, announcing the arrival of another day and life continues.

I don't remember the last time I was happy for real. I don't have a job and preparing for exams appears to be very stressful. But here I am in an old rusted car going for a long drive. Hopefully sooner or later will reach the destination.

Sorry for my poor writing skills. Peace ✌️

RAJASTHAN APO

I received my degree from college a few days back, in the form the column for the degree was not marked with an asterisk, and without uploading it my form got submitted. Should I now edit the form to add my degree? Will it cause any issues if I don't do so? As editing will cost me 500 rupees 😭. Kindly suggest what I should do.

Enrollment in State Bar Council

I want to get enrolled in UP so that I can begin my practice and after 3 years I can give the judicial exams. I have heard that enrollment in UP takes around 6-7 months. Is this true? If not then how much time does it take for one to get enrolled (in the present times). Also I will be pursuing my LLM from one of the universities in UP itself.

What should I do?

My small book collection

I love books. This is my small collection, I have read a lot of books online as well. Why are books so expensive, I don't like reading them online 😭. I wish to earn money so that I can build a library on my own.

Also, kindly suggest some books for my never ending TBR 😋🫢

Also what work does an APO do? Is there a work life balance? Is the job hectic? As the salary is pretty low for probation years.

Therapy

Can someone please suggest me affordable therapy options. I think I need it.

I am a student, I can't pay a hefty amount for one session. Indian parents don't consider things like these so I will pay from my savings. Kindly suggest some good ones (and your experience with them if you have any). Thank you

Goodbyes hurt

I graduated a day before yesterday and it's been so silent since. My friends and I have been together for the last 4 years and it still feels like we met for the first time yesterday only. It's hurting really bad thinking that life will get busier now and we all won't be able to meet again. Maybe after a few years at each other's wedding but till then it is a goodbye. I thought I wouldn't cry, but I was the first one to melt. We all basically grew up together with each other. Seeing them off and watching them leave was the hardest shit ever. It's day 2 and I am still here crying and reminiscing about all the memories I made with them. Gossiping, talking, going out to cafes, cracking jokes. I saw the happiest version of me with them which I don't know will ever be out again.

Lord, I miss them so much that it's physically hurting, we never saw each other cry before but yesterday we were hugging and not ready to let go of each other. I hugged them tightly thinking ab kab hi mil payenge.

I am sitting in my house, they are in their own houses and probably have this same feeling. It's really tough.

If you are still in college, hug your friends more often and hang out more, spend time with them. This is all that matters at the end. I am full of love rn. I love them so much.
