Is this normal for all stores? I get every once in a while if you’re busy or short staffed but we’ll have a bunch of people back there and they still call someone from the front end. I got my own tasks i gotta do

I have enough vc for another build, can’t decide what i want my last one to be. I haven’t made a 7’4 so i’ve thought about that, but ya know those kinda dead. Otherwise was thinking some type of PG or tall defensive wing. Will eventually have 25 caps

I’m kinda new to being a shift lead and i actually enjoy pretty much everything that comes with it besides the pharmacy. I specifically hate the unpredictability of it, like i could be having a nice calm day and they call ic3 and all the sudden im drained by time im done. I know it might get better once i get more comfortable back there, but if not, what are similar jobs with similar pay that don’t involve me working in the pharmacy? Curious if anyone’s had a similar situation and found a decent alternative
