Any recommendations for baggy/wide leg jeans/pants in general without fading

How to be less awkward, especially when you don't speak the same language

Hi, all my life I was taught(forced) to speak English, so much so that it got to the point where I consider it my first language. While I'm grateful for that and all it's severely hampered my ability to actually speak my native tongue. I just want to ask for some advice on how I can be less awkward with that limitation in mind. And how to be less awkward in general, I've tried the generic advice be more confident etc etc but it hasn't really been working out for me

Any specific advice would be nice even if it doesn't involve my situation in specific. I really do want to improve my social skills
