I read this fanfiction and now can't find it. Tom Riddle is a Minister for magic, Harry is a some kind of magic zoologist and works with dragons. He consults Tom about smth or they meet in an elevator (I don't remember well) and Tom of course becomes obsessed. Also I remember that Harry is friends with Charlie Weasley and Tom is sooo jealous. Also Tom is manipulative but Harry forgives him.
