I guess I am wondering.... if an employee transfers stores, what all can the new manager see in the employees "file". For instance, does it show your ringing/curbside statistics? Does it show performance reviews? Does it show call offs?

What does the new manager see about the transferring employee?

What info do you receive about the new transfer?

(Moving across country type transfer)

I am on my break in my car. I leave my car and start walking back into the building.

Behind me I hear some woman screeching "EXCUSE ME! EXCUSE MEEEEE!" and she is honking her car horn.

I ignore it and keep walking because I am on break. I am also not the only person in the parking lot.

As I walk I hear her again say "EXCUSE ME!" And blares the horn.

at this point I turn around because if she is talking to me I am going to lose it.

Sure enough she is speaking to me!

I say to her "WHAT??!?!??"

She says back "do ya'll have a muffled sound"

I say really fucking annoyed "WHAT?!?!"

"Do yall have a bathroom in there ?"

I say "YEA" turn around and walk away and this stupid ass has the nerve to scream back at me "I HOPE YOU HAVE A BETTER DAY"

I am on break. Second my day was fine until your lazy ass had the nerve to holler at me from your shit box car about a bathroom with no dignity or respect for anyone in the scenario. 3 I HOPE YOU HAVE A BETTER DAY is literally the fucking slogan of all douchebag assholes in the world.

I should have KEPT WALKING

I was first ringer today. It is Saturday, busy as hell. And our ASM was my 2nd ringer until we got everything finished etc. Just chaos

Im trying to keep my line flowing and I get a woman customer. She has her own cart.

I am ringing her things and she throws 2 bags at me and says to ring them so she can bag.

So I ring them and throw them in her cart.

It is one thing if you are using my cart. I will work with you

But she had her own cart.

So I kept ringing and put her stuff in the cart. I hear her mumbling under her breath at me but I do not care.

Then I tell her the total and she tells me to "hold on"

And she keeps bagging while I sit there watching.

I said to her "ma'am you need to bag over there and pay first. Your total is..."

And as I say that she screams in my face THAT IS IT

she storms out of the store. Leaves her entire cart and items behind. I watch her walk outside to the car on the curb

She is pointing n into the store and screaming with her hands. She gets in the car and drives off.

I just sit there like.... ok?

These people come to aldi every day. How do they not know how the hell it works???

It was hilarious. She spent all that time shopping. Almost had her shit bagged and then just stormed out because I told her to finish bagging at the counter and pay.

Another weekend at the aldi.
