Hi all 30yo male here I posted last week about hiring onederland an amazing feeling btw but at the moment I’m doing a 1 week liquid fast diet
Mostly meal replacement shakes and some soup at night truth be told I’m trying to lose some extra weight a bit faster I’m I doing the right thing
