Hit over quota every year, but starting to get bored, would I make more going to a start up and grinding or continuing to sell to large enterprises but may only work a few deals a year

First off we think I ovulated extremely late and that my cycle was longer which is causing the stress, first ultrasound we found out this: “gestational sac measuring 2.63 consistent with 7 weeks and 4 days, small fetal pole shown at .26 consistent with 5 weeks and 6 days. We are going in next week to determine if pregnancy is progressing, has this happened to anyone?
