JioMart disabled my account after approving my refund for delivering the wrong product — now claiming “multiple cancellations

I want to share my experience with JioMart and understand whether others have faced something similar.

On 2 September 2026, I placed a JioMart order containing multiple grocery items, including 1 kg of peanuts.
When the order was delivered, the peanuts I had ordered were missing/replaced, and 1 kg of White Matar was delivered instead worth one third of the value

I raised a refund/return request and submitted photographic proof of the incorrect item. The request was initially auto-rejected. I then contacted Customer Care, and after the call the issue was processed and I received confirmation that the refund was being processed by 4 September.

Then my JioMart account was disabled.
I have now contacted Customer Care for six consecutive days trying to understand what happened.
Initially, I was told the account was disabled because of “multiple cancellations.”
I disputed this because I have not engaged in the alleged pattern they are referring to.
I then escalated the matter through the National Consumer Helpline.

JioMart’s response to the NCH complaint has now changed the wording slightly. They say that transactions through my registered number have experienced issues and that they have found a “high return rate of the purchased product.” They then state that they will not disclose any further details and have closed the complaint.
This is what I cannot understand.
If JioMart has disabled my account because of my alleged cancellation/return history, why can’t they tell me which orders they are relying upon?

I have asked for:
The Order IDs of the alleged cancellations/returns
The dates and details of those transactions
Whether each cancellation/return was initiated by me or by JioMart/the seller
The policy under which my account was disabled
All ticket IDs raised regarding the matter
Confirmation that my already-approved refund will not be affected
So far, I have not received this information.

The sequence is particularly concerning:
Larger grocery order placed → one item (peanuts) incorrectly fulfilled with White Matar → complaint with proof → refund approved → account disabled → Customer Care says “multiple cancellations” → NCH response says “high return rate” → JioMart refuses to disclose the transactions → NCH complaint closed.
I am not claiming that JioMart cannot have fraud-prevention policies or restrict accounts where there is genuinely abnormal activity. My issue is that if they are making such a determination about my account, they should at least be able to identify the transactions on which the decision is based, particularly when I dispute the allegation.

I have retained screenshots, order details, photographs of the incorrect product, refund confirmation, support ticket information and the NCH response.
I am now considering filing a Consumer Commission case rather than continuing to call customer support.

Has anyone here experienced JioMart disabling an account and citing “high return rate” or “multiple cancellations” without providing the underlying order details?
If so, I’d particularly like to know whether anyone managed to get the account/refund resolved through the consumer forum.

TL;DR: JioMart delivered White Matar instead of 1 kg peanuts in a larger grocery order. After I submitted proof, the refund was approved, but my account was then disabled. Customer Care says “multiple cancellations”; JioMart later told NCH I have a “high return rate” but refuses to disclose which orders they are referring to. NCH has now closed the complaint too. I’m considering taking JioMart to the Consumer Commission. Has anyone faced this and successfully resolved it?

Lost Airtel Black permanently after a broadband ownership transfer – has anyone else faced this?

I wanted to share my experience and see if anyone else has gone through something similar.

I was on Airtel Black with:
Airtel Family Postpaid ₹699
Airtel Broadband ₹999

Under Airtel Black, my postpaid plan rental was reduced from ₹699 to ₹599 before GST. Since the discount was applied before tax, it also reduced the final bill amount.

Recently, I needed to transfer my broadband connection ownership. Call centre asked me to drop email saying unbundling not needed and then suddenly in the doc verification process, I was informed that the broadband would first need to be unbundled from Airtel Black.

What I was not clearly told at the time was that once Airtel Black was removed, it could not be restored.

After the transfer was completed, I was informed that Airtel Black was no longer available and that I would be moved to One Airtel instead.

The biggest issue is that the benefit structure is completely different.

Earlier under Airtel Black:

Automatic recurring discount
Applied before GST
No action required every month
Additional bundled services increased the overall discount benefit

Now under One Airtel:

Maximum benefit is a single ₹100 voucher for the bundle
Benefit must be manually claimed
Must be redeemed through Airtel’s ecosystem
Easy to miss if you pay through Amazon Pay, credit card autopay, etc.
No longer feels equivalent to the Airtel Black structure that existed earlier

To make matters worse, I have since upgraded to a more expensive broadband plan, so my overall spend with Airtel has increased while the discount structure has become less customer-friendly.
What frustrates me is not even the amount. If someone had clearly told me:
“Once you unbundle Airtel Black, you cannot get it back.”

I would have evaluated my options differently before proceeding.

The move from an automatic pre-GST discount to a manually claimed voucher feels like a downgrade disguised as a migration and dark patterns.

Customers who were already bundled under Airtel Black may want to think carefully before making any account changes that require unbundling.

Would appreciate hearing from others who have faced the same situation.
