Seeking Queer Electrician

Hi all!

We are located in Broomfield and recently had a horrific experience with a local Electrical company. It cemented the fact that my wife and I would prefer to seek out honest, hardworking Tradespeople from our local LGBTQ+ Community! Is there anyone out there that is a Queer electrician or has one that they have worked with? While we're at it...any plumbers, HVAC techs, woodworkers, etc.? We appreciate any guidance here!

Home Siding Repair Quote

Hi neighbors,

I am looking for a local company to provide a free quote ASAP for possible siding replacement/repair after a new breaker panel install. Please let me know if anyone is located near 120th and Sheridan and could possibly come by today/tomorrow to take a look. We do not have a fence in our backyard so we wouldn't necessarily need to be home when you come by. Just looking for a quote to seal/insulate.re-side or do what needs to be done to protect this area from water/damage.

We had a new 200 amp Eaton breaker panel installed on our home ro replace a 125 amp Zinsco breaker panel. The electricians "ran out of time" and did not install the copper grounding wire from the panel to the water line like they were supposed to. They did install a grounding wire under the panel but that was it and said they'd be back in 4 days to ground the water...is this safe? We voiced our concerns but the service manager shrugged it off and said we were fine. Are we at risk of electrocution? Are they in violation of 2023 NEC or anything for leaving it like that?
