Took us 30 minutes to seat us when the restaurant was half empty, 15 minutes to come and take our orders, and almost a whole hour to bring out 1 side + 2 burgers. Didn't refill our empty water glasses, or in fact check in on us at all throughout the entire meal. What confuses me is that the place was not busy at all. Tip is not a right. If you don't deserve tip, you don't deserve it.

It's a nice place to do some reading and studying
