gluten free greek food?

hi all! i am going to greece this summer for a study abroad trip for my university (yay!), this would be my first time going out of the us. i'm super excited but my biggest worry is the food, i have celiac disease and am worried that a lot of the food that might be there will have gluten or wheat in it.

are there any greek dishes that are celiac friendly? like i said, this would be my first time traveling out of the country so i'm not sure how greece handles things like cross contamination (and frankly i would rather not have indigestion on my trip, haha).

if this isn't the right place to ask please let me know! thank you all :)

is it normal to be left in the dark about COB?

hi all! so i signed up to do COB for the fall, which is very exciting! i had been wanting to join a sorority since i transferred to my school and finally decided to jump on the boat.
i submitted COB forms to four sororities on my campus. only one responded and i went on a sister date with two people, we hit it off, and i asked when id get a response if i get a bid or not. i was told it would be 1-2 days but its been a week now and i’m getting really anxious on if i’m getting a bid or not. my grades are above the minimum threshold, both girls were super nice and this sorority is my top choice because of their diversity & their philanthropy. i haven’t heard a word from any of the other sororities btw.
is it normal to get left in the dark? i did all i needed to do and i’m just getting really anxious that i won’t get a bid :( this is my first time getting into the world of sororities so idk if it’s normal or not and i don’t want to be that annoying person asking for an update. 😅
thanks all <3

recall 25SA9: when will parts be available for non-mustang vehicles?

hi all! not sure if this is the place to put this. i am a BDC rep in the service department of my local ford dealership (i answer calls, make appointments, etc.). recently i’ve had a LOOOOT of calls in service about recall 25sa9, one of the multiple rear view camera recalls out there. as of january 2026, parts are only available for mustangs. the dealer bulletin says parts will be available in Q2 of 2026 … but no parts are available yet.
does anybody know when those will become available? i’m tired of disappointing guests when i have to tell them parts still aren’t available for a recall that has been around since october 😅
thanks all!! if i need to delete this or move it please let me know.

looking for advice on what to do

hi all! i am about to enter my senior year of college, i am a family science major at my current university. i have wanted to be a school counselor since i was really little, ive dealt with a lot of emotional issues as a kid/in my teens and my counselors have been the ones to help me through, so i guess my career goal is to give back in a way?
anyway. i have been researching schools. my issue is that a lot of schools i have looked at require a 3.0 undergrad gpa OR 3.0 gpa in the last 60 credits. my grades are … not there, to say the least. im sitting at a cumulative 2.4 gpa, because i transferred colleges after my freshman year and my gpa from my previous school did not transfer over (and thank god for that bc i had an eating disorder my freshman year). i also failed a class last semester (statistics …) so that bumped my gpa down. i was playing around with the gpa calculator on my school’s website and i honestly don’t think i’ll make either of the gpa requirements.
here’s what i need advice on: should i still apply to grad schools when i get to that point, even if my gpa is low? like, will they read my personal statements and letters of rec and still want to admit me? should i try to buff up my resume? or should i give up completely? this has been a life goal of mine for ages and i don’t want to throw it away because of my grades.
sorry if this isn’t the right place to ask but i just really want advice. i just don’t want to make the wrong decision, you know? thanks all <3

loma linda or csusb?

hi all! i’m a rising senior in undergrad, and have started looking at master’s programs! i have been looking at loma linda university & cal state san bernardino because my partner lives over there (i’m on the east coast rn). when i was looking at undergrad schools i didn’t do much research into schools, just applied to all in state schools, so now i want to be as thorough as possible.
has anyone gone through or know anything about these schools, and could give me some advice on if i should apply or not? (and if anyone knows other colleges that have a MSW in that area please let me know)
thanks all! :)

my gf meal prep for the week! :D

i developed a gluten intolerance back in october of 2024 (it started after a covid infection), and recently i’ve been trying to do a lot more cooking! i’m a university student and live with my mom & stepdad, who really dont believe in dietary issues and i used to just eat whatever they ate (even if it sent me to the bathroom for hours afterwards). now that i’m not on campus for a couple months and back to working full time hours at my job, figured id start doing meal prep!
in order, left to right:
- left: homemade chipotle bowls (plant based chorizo that had been sitting in my freezer for months lol, lettuce, bag of cilantro lime rice, black beans, corn, cheddar cheese)
- middle: egg bites (eggs, sausage, and cheddar cheese), and the round containers have blueberry cheesecake protein overnight oats (bobs red mill gluten free oats, almond milk, blueberries, vanilla protein powder, yogurt, and ofc blueberries! will add that partake brand graham crackers when i go to eat them)
- right: chicken, rice, and broccoli (purple container) + gluten free pesto pasta with sausage, spinach, and parmesan (other blue + yellow container)

i’m always open to more recipes! feel free to drop some down below :)
