Hello everyone, I need your help!
Is this sound system worth €250? And does this have good audio quality? The turntable doesn’t spin (I hope it’s because the drive belt is broken) and it comes with two speakers.

I inherited this (very dusty) turntable plate from my grandpa and I’d love to build my first small sound system with it. He also left me two beautiful vintage Phonola speakers (GA 403, Z=16 Ohms, PM = 8W); are they good quality speaker?
What do I need? Where can I buy it (medium-low prices)? And, most importantly, how can I clean it without ruining it?
