My other pair were wrecked on the 4th by fireworks soot. If there’s any way for a made in USA pair to go down, fireworks on the 4th is the way.

2 years old and still kickin’. Got some bleed on them from a pair of jeans.

After exchanging my previous pair of 875s, which were too large, I’ve now got the proper size. Still my favorite Red Wing leather.

Here’s how they’ve darkened and the patina after 3 months.

Red Wing 8085, 8111, and Thursday Diplomat. I’m selling my Red Wing 875s because the fit isn’t right, as clearly articulated by commenters in one of my posts.

These are my favorite and the best Red Wing Heritage boots. I’m only a month into the break in, and it really isn’t bad except for the first week. Rose Anvil Bloodcore leather laces.

Hoping for this leather on the standard Iron Ranger.

By gluing scraps of denim from hemming selvedge jeans to the bottom of the insoles, the squeaking will stop.

If they a tongue gusset, they might be the perfect moc toe.

Ready for a road trip in my favorite boots.
