
Hispanic market sauces
Can anyone help me identify/name the salsas that are at the salsa bar at my local Hispanic market?
I know the second from the left in the back is traditional salsa (as in what an American would immediately think of as “salsa”), and the front left is just chopped tomato. The back right is tomatillo salsa - the one in front of it seems to be the same but with the addition of onions and cilantro. Far left on the back row is the only one I tried, and all I know is it’s got a moderate spice. I’m mostly curious about the other three.
