Has anyone tried the above combo?
Full re-rolls to hit & wound with +1 to wound on vowed objectives seems pretty good, with access to fight on death for a CP they could be pretty tasty… thoughts?

So the Bikes are all getting their time in the sun at the moment, but like many of you, I don’t own any and don’t plan on picking any up till the codex / refresh.

I loved WotR toward the end of 10th but I’m not keen on including units specifically for the sake of doing actions e.g scouts or the Combi lt,

As the title eludes I’m thinking of running ICTF with VH in T&H.

Just wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks going into this or has actually run this out for a spin?

I’ve got a game coming up in a couple of weeks against a buddy and his Emperors Children (purge the foe)(not sure which detachment specifically)
I’m going to give the Medusons a run out for another chance to avenge robo daddy…
He wants to play at 2090 points so he can try some new models , I’m happy to match it
I know Fulgrim and a defiler are likely additions so have geared into fighting up a lot,
This list was the same at 2k just without the Phobos librarian, I figure if I can hold my half the objectives and be hard to kill myself I should be able to hold my own and hopefully I have the tools to be resilient and dish out a fair chunk of pain myself,
I’m not locked in 100% yet as I know we’re rumoured a balance pass very shortly
Open to discuss other options & opinions…

So as I’m sure most of us have been I’ve been playing around with the new app and building some combo’s…
I’m very excited to build into a Hammer of Avernii and Librarius combo (yes I know we aren’t fond of psykers, if you ask me they are just Techmarines specialising in warp technology 👀) but I thought I’d pop some of my thoughts below to prompt discussion…

- I think Priority assets is actually a good shout for us, we have had a few points cuts and our big meaty units are properly resilient/lethal and we have access to increase OC…

- Librarian (Fusillade) with 10 Sternguard veterans, this combo has been talked about elsewhere a lot, crits on 5’s and sustained in the pyromancy discipline 👀

- Terminator Librarian (Celerity) with assault Terminators, advance and charge gives them that speed boost plus sustained hits on thunderhammers (more sustained & devs) +2 move & FB and charge too in Biomancy

- After this our standard HoA combo’s are looking like they’d fit in will with Priority Assets, especially with the likelihood of having cover on objectives..
Canook Var & Terminator Ancient (steel font) with a squad of regular terminators will be robust and hard to push of an objective.
-as are Iron Father Feirros with some Heavy Intercessors the +5 FNP and the OC boost

Veterans will still have access to stratagems
- 6 BGV’s with a LT are now cheaper and just as strong
- Probably run some of the new Vanguard vets in there for some more mobility
-don’t forget we have uppy downy terminators
