Can I set a target PACE and a max HEART RATE limit at the same time in a workout?
I’m trying to set up a workout in the Coros Training Hub and I want to combine two metrics in a single block. My goal is to run at a specific target pace, but I also want a strict maximum heart rate limit (so the watch alerts me if my HR gets too high while maintaining that pace).
Right now, in the workout builder, it seems I can only choose one "Intensity" target per block – either Pace OR Heart Rate, but not both simultaneously. Is there any way to set this up directly in the workout?
