For those of you that applied to cal/nev how did you submit your transcript because this is the second time in a row they denied my application because my transcript were not submitted properly!

Update: Turns out they rejected it because my high school diploma had the district name on it instead of the high school and it did not match my transcripts they were willing to forgive that but did not forgive the fact that my transcripts did not have my graduation date on there told me to try again next year :(

My truck a 2023 F-350 was recently at the dealership for recalls after I told them not to wash the vehicle they decided to wash it, and well they washed it poorly but they washed it. They caused extensive damage to the paint multiple scratches and paint swirls and well in my opinion to fix it, it needs a whole new OEM paint job. Is this something that their insurance will cover and even if it does what’s the likelihood of them making it a Salvage title because of it?

My truck went in for a recall service after I stated twice not to wash my vehicle they did it anyways! (A half ass job) now my truck has paint damage scratches and paint swirls dealership is aware we will resolve the issue tomorrow but honestly I don’t know what I can ask for to resolve the issue so help?
