Physical shifter, shapeshifter, wing-grower, polymorph, mythical, supernatural, whatever term you use to describe it; anybody else who experiences actual physical changes? Regardless of how big or small.

No hate to those that don't of course, I've just seen a lot use the physical label in a more conceptual or political way and was curious if any of us were here too.

We are fairly new to addressing and harnessing ours, but it has always been there. Usually our physical shifts manifest as bouts of thicker fur, mild face changes, sometimes handpaws/feetpaws changes, and our body being unable to hold humanoid poses or have humanoid dexterity. I wouldn't be surprised if our organs shift especially since we have other medical stomach things, but idk how folks confirm that lol.

We believe ours come from ancestry from either Ireland or the Phillipines, a mix of biological and meta/spiritual beliefs. Would love to hear about everyone else's experiences and origin theories!

Hi there! If you've visited this space before, you've probably noticed this sub has been restricted for quite a while. We tried reaching out to the existing moderators with no response, and decided to request the sub to moderate ourselves!

We are new to moderation and may take a bit to get used to it - don't feel afraid to speak up, comment, send mod mail, etc. with suggestions or questions. We want to serve this space well, and thought it deserved to stay up with how active it was. As of now, I don't foresee any major changes to how it was being run. We are a shapeshifting bio/physical canine holothere, who is also plural with several other critter identities within. We have been part of the alter/nonhuman communities since around 2014ish, and the communities are some of our special interest! We love quadrobics, raves/dances, fursuiting/furry, hiking/camping, and cartoons. We hope to be a reliable and trustworthy mod!
