Longer lasting period underwear brand?

Hi all!
I have heavy periods and have been using knix for the past like 6-ish years I think? I’m a little unimpressed because they keep degrading after ~2 years of use (yes, I wash in cold water, yes, I rinse with cold water before washing, yes I hang dry), and I’m wondering what the best, most cost-effective period underwear brand is! Knix is so expensive to be replacing every couple of years, so I’ll take all the alternative suggestions I can get. Thanks!!

[Product Request] products for blackheads?

I’m relatively new to skincare and haven’t used much beyond face wash and moisturizer.
I had quite clear skin throughout my teenage years and have only developed issues in my mid twenties.
I believe I have combination skin, leaning to the oily side, especially in my T zone. I have visible pores, and although I don’t get a lot of white heads or acne breakouts I have a big issue with blackheads in my T zone and around my mouth, with some on my cheeks, lots of bumps around the sides of my nose, and bumpy patches on my cheeks.
I recently got the CeraVe SA cleanser to try to combat my blackheads, and I’ve been using it once a day followed by a natural shea butter moisturizer from the brand Rebels Refinery (I’m Canadian).

I’ve only been using the SA cleanser for about a week, and I haven’t noticed much of a difference, but I do have multiple breakouts right now near my mouth (historically a problem area for me) and in my T-zone. Is this normal? Should I be using it twice a day or should I be using it less frequently than I am right now?

I do have relatively sensitive skin but I don’t think I’m having a reaction to the cleanser, does anyone have recommendations on other products I should be using as well to help fight the black heads/breakouts/visible pores/bumpiness?
Any advice is incredibly appreciated, as I don’t really know what I’m doing. Thanks!!

York application additional documents

I’ve applied to York University for the Psych program this September. I’m a mature student (25), and just finished doing a program at George Brown College. In addition to my George Brown transcript I’ve been asked to upload a document detailing my activities while I was out of school between 2019-2024, is it acceptable to upload a copy of my resume that details all my work experience in those years? Or should I be uploading a different type of document? Thanks!
