(beyond) positive review for the excellent u/panpanpost
omg where do I even start from?? I was planning on using an online proxy website service for the first time because I wanted to get twice merch from japan (to germany), but because I was overwhelmed with so many choices I asked for advice here and the AMAZING best proxy ever u/panpanpost showed up!!
first things first she was the perfect person as she is also a once and familiar with twice merch. when the merch I wanted could not be delivered on time or was unavailable she would find another one right away. she also promptly sends proof of purchase, and pictures as soon as the merch gets to her.
since this was my first time using a proxy service I was so confused and clumsy (I literally had no idea how this worked exactly), but she was super sweet, patient, and understanding, and answered all my questions !! we had some hiccups when buying from sellers, but she delt with it promptly and all my merch was secured. I am beyond thankful for her incredible service 🩷 everything arrived well packaged, safe and sound !! I'm so so so happy with my parcel 🥳🥺
she will be on hiatus in july (wishing her a pleasant time during her break !!), but as soon as she comes back I will order with her again since twice will be coming out with new merch in the meantime 🤩

(psa I had to pay over half of the price of the package on customs, HOWEVER I was only notified during delivery when the delivery guy charged me. I'm more pissed off that I was not given any kind of notice prior to that so it made me think it passed customs with no problem, fuck DHL for the lack of transparency but shoutout for the english speaking lady and the counter office worker for their guidance)
