Kelly's History With Drugs

One of the things that bothered me about the Cokehead Kelly storyline is that everyone acted like Kelly had never done drugs before, and how could this happen because she's such a good girl, etc. But she had? In high school, right? She had a history of partying and sleeping around. There was that episode in Season 3 (again involving her dad), where she's upset that he bailed on her and tells Dylan last time this happened she called up some guy and got high in his parent's pool house for three days. I mean they could have easily had her friends be concerned that this is a return to her old nature instead of acting like she'd never done anything like this before.

Digestive issues caused by Type 1 Diabetes?

So, I'm in my late 30s and I've been a T1 for about 27 years now, and I've noticed for the past year I guess, that every once in a while I'll have what seems like the symptoms of early dumping syndrome, where shortly after eating I'll get bad stomach pangs and have to use the bathroom. Then I'm basically fine, so I was dismissing it and haven't brought it up with anyone, but I'm wondering if this is something I should tell a doctor now, only because I don't remember this kind of stomachache being a thing I ever really had on a regular basis before. Now it happens maybe once every three weeks (sometimes not for a month or two), and then sometimes a few times within a three week period before stopping again. So I don't know what it is, but it's frequent enough that I've noticed it. I just don't want to be worried that it's to do with my diabetes, and just researching it it seems like it might be something that happens to people who've had T1 for a long time, like I have now. Does anyone else deal with this?

WA State Archives Question

I know they were hiring for multiple archivist positions that are continuous and it looks like most are still open for application. Does anyone know when you'd be likely to hear back about an interview for one of these jobs? Would it be more than three months after applying? I applied back in early April, so I was just curious. Been a while, but for hiring a bunch of positions like this I don't know how the process works.

Seattle Public Library Job Question

I applied for a librarian job with SPL last month and the first review deadline was April 19th- does anyone have a guess about how long I should hold out hope for an interview, or has it already been too long with no response, and I should assume it's a no at this point? I remember I applied for an associate job with them a few years ago and I heard back within two weeks about an interview, which I thought was extremely fast...but that was a part-time thing and this job is more involved. It's also in the Special Collections dept, so I don't know if that makes a difference. Do they usually take a long time?
