Haylo - Floaters? Dust? Fiber?

UPDATE: hyalo has refunded me the full price I paid on gimmecare. we are also working together to figure out what is wrong with my vials to see if it's a batch issue or not. will keep the posts updated!

hey all, ive just received my first order of hyalo yesterday. I took them out today and was inspecting before my shot, and I noticed tiny specks kind of like dust floating around... and not just dust but strands. they look like fiber from clothing and it got me really concerned.

attaching a video here to show the fiber like strand. you can't really see the dust specks in the video but the strand is visible. I was able to capture it in two bottles. in the video in the post you will see it moving across the center and stopping then when I shake the bottle it floated a bit further and it becomes more clear against the white background of the label. these bottles has never been punctured by me and I have not opened their blue caps either. the metallic cover is not shaky, the blue caps can be spinned.

additional info: Quaker community pharmacy, lot H-026, gimmecare telemarket (I've reached out to them but it's currently after hours), 10/2/2026, use by 6/9/2027.

EDIT: okay definitely something wrong. I've already reached out to gimmecare customer service. should I reach out to the pharmacy? or hyalo? thankfully I didn't use anything from these vials 😭😭😭

Making Wine For The First Time

Hello! Like the title suggests, I am trying out making wine for the first time and have no idea where to start or how to start!

My family have a huge grapevine in our backyard and every year we would end up inviting cousins and friends to come and pick them, and we would have BOXES of grapes leaving every year. This year--since I have the time--I've been entertaining ideas of making wine from the grapes myself.

It seems like there's a lot of professionals on this subreddit so I was wondering where I could start with just grapes from my backyard? (please give tips on how I should process them after picking as well!)

I've seen some kits online as well; but I'm not too sure of how much I can trust them... Any suggestions and successes with kits?

(I've attached some photos of the vines I took a few days ago; the grapes are ripening fast!!)

Adopting in NJ/NY

hi everyone! like the title suggests I'm looking to adopt an NFC. I live in Newark, NJ, so I have been looking in NY and in NJ for NFCs. I've reached out to Barbara after seeing her Website but it's been a few days and I have not heard back from her so I am looking elsewhere as well. It seems like it's super rare in this area...
