I’ve been diagnosed with endometriosis 3 years ago, me and my husband have been trying for a baby since april. I’m 6 days post ovulation and i’m feeling cramps like i’m on my period. No bleeding tho. My period is very regular, has been for a decade, so i know it’s not coming for at least two weeks. Could these be implantation cramps? They’ve been going on for about 6 hours.
I’m a 24 year old woman. In the thirteen years since my first period, my period was never late for more than a day. Never. It’s always been regular, 26-29 days. Even in very high stress times, it was never late, it was early, like every 20 days. I’ve been diagnosed with endometriosis a year ago and i’ve been on dienogest since. It stopped my periods. My obgyn told me to take a 2-3 month break every 4-6 months. The first break, my period instantly came back and it was regular, just like it’s always been.
My break stopped in February, and i was shocked when my period came in march and, despite taking dienogest, it came like clockwork (but the effects of my endometriosis were still under control) at my appointment three weeks ago, i learned that i’m a dumbass and my pills expired in march. I was already out of pills. Well, I got fresh and not expired ones, and i need to start them on the first day of my period, so i’ve been off (expired) dienogest for like a month.
Fast forward to today, my period is 10 days late. 3 negative urine pregnancy tests (i’ve had unprotected sex for the past three months). I don’t know what’s going on, this has never happened before. Ever since my first period (literally) my cycle has been regular. Is there a chance of pregnancy? Could it be an ectopic one?
