Does anyone have relationship/couples therapist recommendations? bonus points if they have experience with adhd.

Hey!

My partner and I are looking for a couples therapist and before people refer me to psychology today or self space we have tried both of them. We have seen a few and still haven't found one we think is deeply helpful, I didn't feel like it was particularly insightful.

I have an amazing psychologist for myself and they and I have been seeing them for years but they are based in Australia from when I lived here and I zoom with them from here still so they don't have recommendations in the UK. We will most likely do via zoom but d anyone is in east London could go in person.

I'm looking for someone a bit more insightful and experienced and if they can help as my partner and I navigate around things coming up such as navigating growing our family whilst having ADHD and etc.

So recommendations for specific people would be amazing.

I am a professional photographer who needs advice

I am a professional photographer/videographer and I work a lot and go through about 4tb with the storage a month.

My current system is I have 2 2tb lacie rugged hard drives that are just mirrored versions of eachother with all the raw files and edited high res images and videos. I also upload the edited high res to an online drive.

At the end of every month or so I take one of the hard drives to my in-laws and it's stored.

My partner is going a bit crazy with how many hardrives I have in boxes. He wants me to delete old hardrives where it's for clients I never want to work for again and have outgrown those images and but I think long term I need a better solution.

He is a scientist who doesn't have a lick of work equipment at home and I am an ADHD creative that probably isn't aware there are options I don't realise

Is a Network Attached Storage a viable option? Or is it more of the same

Is this dress wedding guest appropriate

I bought this dress to wear to a friend's wedding this weekend but another friend said it's not appropriate as it's got too much white. I wouldn't want to be rude to the bride. So trying to figure out if I need to panic and buy something quickly

Lots of people saying how bad it looks made me decide not to wear it but the only other dress I have is this blue dress

I have lost a few kilos since this photo was taken and please if people can refrain from commenting on my body

Damp and Timber Survey Recomendations East London

Oh hello there.

My partner and I are in the process of buying our first flat in Walthamstow. It's a late-50s/early-60s bottom-floor maisonette flat. We had our general survey, and it's come back with a high-level moisture reading but no visual signs of damp inside. They did build a deck over the vents outside, and also, I think maybe the drains need some love.

What I am scared of is predatory damp specialists. I am asking everyone I know if they have anyone they recommend, but no one feels happy enough to recommend the person they used.

Any advice or specialists you can recommend for Walthamstow/East London would be greatly appreciated. I grew up in Australia and have no family here. My partner is from the far north, and we have been saving for years for this flat so we can have a family. I am really nervous that people will rip us off.
