Men pretending to be women

This is just a friendly reminder that people can lie very easily on the internet. A few months back, someone DMd me from this subreddit that purported to be a woman. They sent me a selfie and I reverse image searched it and found it originally posted on a weird revenge p*rn website. It was a completely clothed photo and I didn't see any red flags prior to that.

I'm a lot older than most of y'all and have noticed some potentially concerning requests for DMs from "women" here, so I felt called to post this. Mods, I understand if you remove this, but please know that my motives are sincerely protective.

Have a good weekend, good girls! Stay safe 💗

Trad folk - were you raised in a traditional household?

Just curious :)

I had a very traumatic childhood and was raised in an extremely non-traditional home/situation. I think in part, that lack of predictability and strong sense of family is what made this way of life so appealing to me. My husband was raised in a traditional and loving home, however.

I am curious how many of us are following the way we were raised and how many of us are trying to give our children something different than what we had. 🫶

Is his breathing concerning?

Im 37 in the US. Cat is male and he is neutered. Hes 4 years old. Cant afford vet care unless it's seriously an emergency but if it is, I'll find a way.

He sometimes sounds like he's trying to clear a hairball but nothing comes up. Otherwise acts totally normal. I just noticed the breathing this week but he's been doing the hairball cough for quite awhile. Is this retraction?
