I'm 39 years old and just started resuming debt pay down and retirement savings after some life setbacks and big transitions. I'm self-employed and consistently paying myself $5,500. I owe roughly 146k on my house at 2.62 interest, 90k in debt is in a 15-year HELOC at 6.375. I was just able to get this heloc in place to replace a earlier loan which did some home repairs as well as debt on high interest cards I accrued during a difficult personal period. I have a pension from a previous job that will pay 1660 at retirement, roughly 18K in a deferred compensation plan that I won't contribute to again, and roughly 5K in my fidelity account that includes both rollovers and efforts I've made since my birthday this year. I'm putting 500 into a Roth 401k (fdklx), and 120 into a Roth IRA (50 avuv, 50 vxus, 20 qqqm). I have significant guilt about being so far behind due to some mess ups I made-- how redeemable is this by the time I'm in my sixties I have constant dread about my future. Has anyone had success disputing a Point Ruston ticket? And what happens if I don't pay it? Don't want to deal with collections or anything like that but man do I hate diamond parking/Pt Ruston
