Key will not turn inside cylinder

!!! UPDATE: We have bought some graphite and covered the key and sprayed some inside as well. It unlocked it! Did the job. Will get it replaced soon though. Thank everyone for the suggestions!!!

I’ll try to explain it as simply and clearly as I can.

Our balcony has a door, which is a sliding door with a handle installed on the glass.

When we insert the key it goes all the way in without any trouble, but for the last week it has started to not want to turn right or left.

Today it’s completely stuck in the neutral position, in the middle. It will not turn left (to unlock the door) and it will not turn right (to lock it). But right now in the neutral position the door is still locked.

We have tried pushing, pulling, lifting, shimming the door and keyhole, the cylinder. Inserting the key slowly by 1mm each time etc etc.

It just won’t budge to the left. Here is a photo of the handle we have installed.

What could be the issue and the solution? Thank you

Stuck on purification filter upgrade mission

So when I started the jungle DLC I took my time before actually digging into all the missions to make some money to upgrade my stuff from the get-go.

I fully upgraded my purification filter, before actually completing Muna's upgrade mission. I have the stone tablets and all the contaminated dinosaur bones, but now that my filter is already fully upgraded, the mission won't complete.

Any help?

Parents visiting child in Australia - eVisitor visa refusal

Looking for some advice regarding Australian visitor visa refusals.

My parents (both Romanian citizens, both in their 50s) recently had BOTH their eVisitor (subclass 651) applications refused. First time it was due to lack of documentation, but on our second application, we provided everything and more.

They were planning to visit Australia for a 3 weeks for tourism, sightseeing, and to visit me.

They provided proof of return flights, hotel bookings, a cruise booking, substantial savings, property in Romania, employment/business commitments, and extensive travel history, including valid US visas and previous international travel with a history of returning home.

The refusal reason was that the Department was not satisfied they were genuine temporary visitors and did not consider their ties to Romania strong enough to ensure they would leave Australia at the end of their visit, as follows:

"In assessing the relevant criteria, I have taken into account the information provided in your visa application form and any supporting documents. I have considered your immigration history and previous visa applications. I have also taken into account a wide range of considerations to determine whether you genuinely intend a temporary stay in Australia. This may include, but is not limited to, your employment, economic and family circumstances, the claimed purpose and period of stay, and your previous travel history. On balance, I have considered the strength of your employment, financial and personal ties to your country of residence and have concerns that these ties may not be a strong enough incentive for you to fully comply with the conditions attached to the visa and return home at the end of your proposed stay in Australia."

I currently live in Australia on a Bridging Visa while waiting for a partner visa decision.

At this point, I'm not sure what to do next. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Did you apply again, request the officer notes, or switch to a Visitor visa (subclass 600)? Is eVisitor even the right visa for this type of tourism? In all honesty we provided every document we had, translated and officially stamped. If we had to apply again, I would have nothing else to add except an invitation letter.

Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
