Comped room and alternate schedules

My husband and I are going next week on a fully comped room (MGM-The W specifically). I'm going to arrive before him (work schedules are different) and during the trip he will be meeting up with some old friends, so I will have at least one meal, possibly a couple more, on my own. We figured he could check in in the app but I've seen conflicting things about adding another guest on the app for a comped room. Also could I room charge without him present? Or do I really just need to wait several hours for him to physically be there, and pay for my solo meals when we have a fair amount of resort?

Liz & Jo Ellen

Do I have to go back and rewatch, I feel like I missed something. What did JE do to Liz? Is this about JE trying to meditate in the car and calm her down at the Frank Sinatra thing? Like Liz is making this seem like JE killed her cat or something, she's being very vicious.

Billing and credentialing?

I don't know if this is the right place to ask but, I sort of fell into billing for someone I know as a kind of side gig thing, for now anyways. I've been billing for years, cpc, etc so I'm not out of my depth there and I'm paid a percentage of monthly collections. However, I am out of my depth on being a business owner. The billing end and percentage stuff, easy enough. But she is now asking about helping her with credentialing, specifically with our state Medicaid, she is already set with Medicare and most commercial plans. So I happen to know this process is a neverending nightmare (I did it before but as an employee, not as a third party/business lady). Have any of you taken on something like this and how the heck would you even charge a client for that? Additionally, homegirl needs to negotiate her contracts, so I would like to do that for her, she is wayyy underpaid and she doesn't even know it.

Dinner at Rulla's

I'm sorry but Alicia's face when Brian said something about getting home at midnight, and then a moment later, I think they were talking about the food and Brian said "I wouldn't lie" with Rulla chiming in "he wouldn't lie". Poor Alicia, that horrified look on her face.

I've got some really good comps and one of them is for the W. I've been to Mandalay Bay several times and enjoy the vibe, the restaurants, and I'm not concerned with the south end location. I don't venture far. My question is - is the W far from the Mandalay casino floor? I'll be a bit post-knee surgery around the time I'm looking to go and I'm a gambler. Knee shouldn't be too big of an issue (allegedly according to the surgeon) but if it's a long walk I'd rather just stay at Mandalay. That said, if it's not a big deal, I'd rather have a room that is double the size for the same price of $0.

edit: thanks y'all, you have been very helpful and I appreciate it!!
