Licensing designer by machines or person ?

Looks like the new Alteryx One license for designer changes from machine based to user based. Dammit. Because we share one virtual machine with the admin Alteryx install. Only one user can touch it at a time. Which is fine.

But our new licenses are being forced to Alteryx One, even though we don’t touch the cloud ?

18: Adopted at 12, loved forever

This little fellow was adopted when my son went to the humane Society and asked to see the cat that had been there the longest. He came home with Chandler. A 1 year shelter resident, FIV positive, a meow like a two pack a day smoker, and the most cuddly cat I’ve ever met. He had endless veterinary care, but was loved and cared for. We lost him to throat cancer, finally.

Switch to Stelo ?

My Endocrinologist suggested I switch from G7 to Stelo to reduce cost… apparently they are pretty much the same device, just no alarms. They are 15 day devices now. $99 a month. Has anyone taken this step ?

The G7 feedback has really made a difference in my lifestyle and helped knock my a1C down from a peak of 10.4 to the latest 6.4. I depend on that feedback. (TBI survivor and my thinking and memory are not that good… looking at the numbers before I eat really helps !)

Full end to end disaster recovery ?

Yes, Microsoft does not support this. I assume others have filled this hole. Anyone know of a solution ? I’m contemplating an actual failover / parallel solution in another region where we replicate and mirror the entire tenant. Of course I’m oversimplifying, but a DR that requires us to rebuild all the things isn’t DR.

Microsoft “oh we kept your data”.

Us: “So ? Can’t do anything with it.”

America and Star

Aargh…. Amelia is the kittens name. Heck you autocorrect…

Miss Amelia the Kitten will wash the dogs ear, but does not like when the dog washes her face. Both sweet girls.
