Sto riscontrando un problema frustrante con Adobe Premiere Pro 2023 e la mia GPU Nvidia. Fino ad ora tutto funzionava perfettamente e non avevo mai avuto problemi. Tuttavia, improvvisamente, Premiere ha iniziato a ignorare completamente la mia scheda grafica.

Il problema: All'interno di Premiere Pro 2023, nelle Impostazioni progetto (e durante l'esportazione), l'opzione di accelerazione hardware è completamente disattivata e bloccata su "Solo software Mercury Playback Engine". Il programma non comunica affatto con la mia GPU Nvidia, rendendo l'editing e il rendering incredibilmente lenti.

Cosa ho già provato per risolvere il problema:

• Aggiornamento dei driver: Ho aggiornato i driver alla versione più recente di Nvidia Studio Drivers, ma non è cambiato nulla.
• Impostazioni grafiche di Windows: Sono andato in Impostazioni di Windows > Sistema > Schermo > Grafica, ho aggiunto Premiere Pro .exee l'ho forzato a funzionare su "Prestazioni elevate" (selezionando manualmente la mia RTX 4060).
• Pannello di controllo Nvidia: Ho provato a forzare l'utilizzo della GPU dedicata per Premiere in "Gestisci impostazioni 3D", ma il software è ancora bloccato su "Solo software".

La mia configurazione è una Nvidia RTX 4060 con Windows.

Qualcuno ha riscontrato questo problema improvviso per cui Premiere Pro 2023 smette di riconoscere una scheda della serie RTX 4000 anche con i driver Studio installati? Qualsiasi aiuto, soluzione alternativa o consiglio su come risolvere questo problema sarebbe molto apprezzato!

• Nvidia Control Panel: I tried to force the dedicated GPU for Premiere under "Manage 3D Settings", but the software is still locked on Software Only.
