why does cbt homework always sound so simple until I try to do it

my therapist gives me a worksheet on identifying automatic thoughts and it looks so straightforward in the session. then I get home and the second I actually try to catch one I cant. its like the thought is already gone by the time I notice I was having it and I just end up writing something made up to have something on the page. does this happen to anyone else or am I doing it wrong

anyone regret their 3rd kid

My husband (38M) and I (36F) have 2 kids (2F & 4F). We adore the girls and are happy as a family of four.

We are waffling on the idea of a third.

I would love to have a third baby but I dont know if I want to be a family of five if that makes sense. It just seems like practically so much more difficult on a day to day basis.

All the posts I found were from people who were either pregnant or in the thick of the baby/toddler years with their third.

Does anyone with an older third child (like school age or beyond) regret having a 3rd? Looking for the honest long term view.

First 100 miles today on the Go

Nothing broke, tires are still holding air. Long may it last. If you are on the fence about one of these, the regen braking alone sold me.

Does CBT ever work when the worry is real

My CBT therapist keeps pushing me to examine the evidence for my worries and most of the time that works fine. But some of my worries are about things that are genuinely happening. I do know the likelihood of shit happening because it already happened to me.

I am not looking to be told my thinking is distorted when it is not. I am wondering if anyone here has made CBT work for worries that are basically founded in reality and what that looked like for you.

does the GA4 client in server side GTM change anything if I still send everything from the browser too

I am trying to understand where the actual gain is supposed to come from.

every audit thread here says the GA4 data client in sGTM has a blocking problem. I follow that part. if GA4 still goes out through the browser tagging and the request gets blocked then nothing arrives no matter what the server does.

but what happens if I keep the client side GA4 tag running and add a server side GA4 tag next to it. Do the two deduplicate or do I just get double events. And if GA4 is the thing being blocked then is the right move to put GA4 behind the server entirely and not call it from the browser at all.

if you have gone through this what did you actually land on and why.

Does anyone with an older third child have any experience. Did the day to day get easier once they got older or did it just stay hard. Did it impact your marriage. Would you do it again if you could go back.

China reportedly started producing domestic immersion DUV tools. Five units this year, 28nm class.

The Information reported on July 27 that China has started production of domestically built immersion DUV lithography machines, with Reuters picking up the story the same day. The headline reads bigger than it is. Roughly five units are expected to ship this year to SMIC, Hua Hong and CXMT, with about twenty more planned for 2027. These tools target 28nm class processes using single exposure. Multi patterning can theoretically push resolution further, but with the usual yield and cost penalties.
