33 min 48 kg swings + push-up/Pullup session: Started with 10 rounds EMOM of 5 x 48 kg 2H swings, adding 1 more swing every 2 rounds (70 swings total). Main work was 3-5 Ring Pullups + 12-15 x deficit pushups on bells for 3 rounds.

Didn't want to work out due to a terrible night sleep from my insane little one, but decided to do something short & intense. 50 x double 28 kg clean and thrusters (clusters) in 20 mins: 20 rounds EMOM of double 28 kg clusters. Rounds 1-10 was 2 x 1,2,3,4,5 x clusters. Rounds 11-20 was 2 clusters.

First workout in my new garage since moving: 100 x 28 kg hand to hand snatches in ~9:30 to start (10 rounds EMOM of 5/5 x snatches) to start, followed by 3 rounds of 8-10 x Double 28 kg Military press + 4-6 per leg 28 kg goblet Cossack squats.
