33 min 48 kg swings + push-up/Pullup session: Started with 10 rounds EMOM of 5 x 48 kg 2H swings, adding 1 more swing every 2 rounds (70 swings total). Main work was 3-5 Ring Pullups + 12-15 x deficit pushups on bells for 3 rounds.
Good session and saved my legs due to my long run yesterday haha.
