Part 1 of today's workout: 12 round EMOM of 3 x 28 kg snatch to overhead squat (switch sides per round). A nice little conditioning/ mobility combo to get the body warmed up for heavy sandbag lifting.

Today's work was 30 min Iron Cardio-inspired double 36 kg strength work (Clean, Push Press, Front Squat + neutral chin up) with 16 rounds completed, as well as a 240 rep 14 kg hand to hand snatch interval session. Details in caption!

Single 36 kg kettlebell session: 10 rounds EMOM of 5 x half snatches (switch hands per round), followed by 4 rounds of 1-2 x strict press per arm superset into 2-5 goblet Cossack squats.

28 kg kettlebell, 211 lb sandbag, and 35 lb club session: Started with 10 rounds EMOM of 5 x 28 kg long cycle (snatch to jerk), followed by 5 rounds of 1-4 x 211 lb sandbag ground to shoulder into 8-12 per direction 35 lb club mills. Hit a 4 rep PR of sandbag shoulders on the last set

Good session today! Started with 10 min EMOM of 10 x 24 kg hand to hand snatches, followed by 4 rounds of 3,5,5,5 x Double 32 kg strict press superset into neutral pullups.

Full body strength endurance using Snusters (Snatch to Thrusters): 30 min AMRAP of 3 x Snusters with Double 24 kg (106 lb total). Finished 20 rounds, totaling 60 snatches and 60 thrusters.

First workout since getting back from a 5 day trip. It's officially hot garage season with today's workout at 85F/29.4 C in there.
