my electrologist is telling me this is normal?

(first 2 are current, last 2 are after a 30 min treatment on 6/12)

I felt like this was incredible mistreatment on my skin, day 1 had obvious pitting and torn skin. completely different results than what I got at a prior electrologist.

I went to a dermatologist a week after the appointment, however it was too early to tell if it was going to leave permanent scarring. gave me some antibiotics and hydrocortisone for a week.

I’ve kept in contact with my electrologist over this. when I sent a follow up email a week ago, she called me up and got extremely defensive, slamming my dermatologist even though my dermatologist had made no judgements, flashing her 40 years experience at me, telling me this is normal and i should’ve expected this. keep in mind it was her employee that treated me, not her.

So far I still have discoloration, though I assume that’s not uncommon, however I have rather obvious pitting in an area that used to be completely smooth.

Am I over thinking this? am I in the wrong? Will this heal in 4-8 months like my electrologist is claiming? What should I do? this has been detrimental to my mental health the past month :/

cis people when you explain that trans people need access to hrt in youth or else they risk the permanent stress of not passing 🤩🤩🤩

we are not fucking agents of woke. we exist outside of the social landscape. i’m sick of cissoids expecting us to be harbingers of body positivity and the destroyers of gender norms. they are incapable of understanding that 1. it’s not a body positivity issue, it is painful and uncomfortable to be in the wrong body, 2. even if honfidence solved all of our problems, it doesn’t change the reality that almost everyone will still see and treat us as our agabs, so their arguments are insincere. they simply don’t give two fucking gafs about us.

low effort post of the day: how far away do you pass from

i always thought passing distance was the most realistic test. even for a bddemon i would never let someone past 10 feet lest they see the fucking ever persisting shadow.

Wish I had trans friends irl

I was at the farmers market with some cism friends of mine the other day. While we sat down to eat, 2 trans girls walked past and they noticed another of their friends across the street and rushed over to go greet her.

i really long to have girl friends like me…

I wish that were me :(

when you remember underneath all of this you’re just a disgusting man masquerading as a woman

I am only woman in the sense that my mind and brain wiring did some fucked gymnastics in order to dissociate myself from maleness and land me in a vague feminine void. i will never get to be a woman in the ways that matter most to me. my biggest ropefuel is knowing i was brought up as a boy and just went along with that shit. I can never go back and live through my childhood as a girl. I can never go back and form bonds with other girls. I can never go back and experience the joys and pains of life as a girl. I will never get to experience womanhood and motherhood. My childhood is completely moot at this point. only very few points have importance to me now. and all of them leave me wishing I were something else entirely.
