But today I cancelled because of very poor service about a fraud claim.

They denied a fraud claim based on incorrect information from the merchant. Told me the inquiry was closed and if I wanted to pursue it I’d need to take it up with the merchant.

Even went to the Amex executive office. They told me all procedures had been correctly followed.

Not really trying to reconcile that with an incorrect outcome.

So I’ve been messing about with various models etc. for a few months now. Have used ChatGPT mainly and for a while Grok for prompt advice.
I’m becoming more convinced that they are confident but not actually correct in how they say things work.

So - other resources?

Genetic is fine. Right now I’m playing with flux2 and ZI - looking for consistency

Is there a resource that really knows how this works?

So I use the grok media downloader extension for grok.

Handy little thing.

But yesterday I installed bit defender.

During my next download I got several json files flagged as possibly having viruses.

Anyone run into anything similar?
