Hi all - buying my first Pilot.

Looking at a 2026 EXL, 2WD, Sonic Gray Pearl

Is this a good price or should I try to negotiate down? Planning to pay cash with no financing.

4 month regression - at wits end

Baby girl has always struggled with sleep after 4 am. As a tiny baby she wouldn’t sleep after 4 am unless she was being held.
Had a good stretch around 2-3 months where we would have two wake ups (one to feed around 2, then the one at 4 where she’d grunt and have gas constantly but would sleep when held). She’s formula fed and has severe reflux.

Now at 4 1/2 months we’re on week 3 of absolutely horrible sleep.
Sometimes we get a stretch until about midnight or 1 before she wakes for a feed. Then she’s up every 30 minutes to an hour after. Trying hard to roll, gas, you name it. Sometimes she’s awake for an hour after the feed just wanting to play.
Tonight she’s been up at 7:45, 9, 10, 10:30, 11:15, 12, and now I’m just sitting on the couch holding her so at least one of us can get some sleep.

Usually wake her up in the morning between 6-6:30. Wake windows are pretty consistently 2 hours and naps are always 30 minutes unless she’s in the car, in which she’ll sleep forever if we would let her. So typically about 2 hours of nap time during the day. Bedtime is between 7-8, depending on when the last nap ended, as she will fall asleep on the way home from childcare at 5.

Have started to try drowsy but awake this week, but she’s definitely more asleep than drowsy. Going to start amping that up now, but also have a toddler with a similar bedtime so trying to divide and conquer it’s been easier to just let her fall asleep and put her down.

Where do we even begin?? My older one we did Ferber and it worked, but closer to 6 months and his issue was always he’d wake up when we tried to put him down. Not just consistently not sleeping. Help!

Projectile Vomiting Daily

Hi all - working with our ped on this of course, but wondering if anyone has had a similar experience.

12 week old girl. Combo fed until roughly two weeks ago. My 3 year old was on similac sensitive and it worked great for him, so we started with that.

She was extremely constipated so we introduced Reguline as the primary formula. Cleared up the constipation but was going far too often.
Went to a combo of reguline and Enfamil NeuroPro. Worked fine for roughly 3-4 weeks and then she was spitting up quite a bit. Started Enfamil Gentlease, which worked again for 3ish weeks. She then had a couple of vomits over the course of a few days, but nothing super concerning.

Stopped breastfeeding and went to only Gentlease. Since last Saturday she’s had at least one projectile vomit per day. We’re talking it covers an area 3-5 feet wide. She throws up, pauses, throws up again, usually 4-5 times in 30 or so seconds. Would scream when we tried to get her to burp.

Dr. switched us over to Pepticate on Wednesday. Continued with the projectile vomits once a day through Friday afternoon (timing could be morning, afternoon, or evening). Sometimes it happens within seconds of finishing the bottle, other times it is 30 minutes later. It’s much thinner and waterier vomit and she doesn’t seem quite as bothered when she burps.

Yesterday he switched us to Neocate to try and rule out any possible allergies. She has thrown up twice today, although with significantly less volume than previous days.

She eats most of her bottles and doesn’t throw up. Gaining weight and has plenty of dirty diapers.

I’m at a loss for anything else to try - we’re going to attempt goat formula on Monday if the vomit continues today/tomorrow.
What else could we be missing? I have seen pyloric stenosis having similar symptoms, but I would think she wouldn’t be gaining weight and would be vomiting at each feed, not just sometimes.

Any ideas/advice are appreciated!
