My shoulder will not let me sleep, help!!!

Hello, I am desperate for any advice! My shoulder has been causing me so much pain at night that I am becoming sleep deprived. I am a side sleeper, and usually switch sides throughout the night. Unfortunately my left ribcage is out of place and I have no desire to further mess it up, so I’ve been sleeping on just my right side the past couple weeks. I cannot for the life of me find a position that doesn’t cause horrible pain in my shoulder. It has been months of this, I am so tired. I am waking up numerous times throughout the night, and am up by 6am everyday when the pain gets unbearable. It prevents me from being able to fall back asleep, which results in a lengthy nap during the day, and no restful sleep at night. I am desperate for some relief. I have tried adding cushion in between my armpit, but find no relief no matter what I cushion with. I have tried hugging a pillow, still just as painful. A new mattress is unfortunately not an option. All damn night it feels as if my shoulder is going to shatter under the weight of my body, I just want to get some restful sleep

Cornbread Crisps with Guava Spread

I saw an old comment of someone recommending the guava fruit spread with cream cheese and crackers. I tried it with the cornbread crisps and am so thrilled I could kiss whoever recommended this on the mouth.

Looking for Summer Care

I am so sick of Facebook job postings lmao… The mom is in the comments laughing at people offering alternative suggestions. The one constant in this field is you can always count on someone to undervalue your work 🙃

Leg weakness getting worse each period

I started my period today and holy crap, my legs have never been this weak and numb before 😭

I have some sort of superpower where I will wake up right when my period starts and can get to the toilet before even bleeding in my pjs, and then the cramping hits within 5-30 minutes. This one is hitting me HARD. I’ve also been dealing with ovarian cysts and am pretty sure one started semi-rupturing the other day, so that can’t be helping. But the worst part of it right now is how weird my legs feel. I usually only get pain/weakness/numbness down to my knees, but I can feel it down to the tips of my toes this time lol. A very veryyy odd feeling for sure, but I guess it distracts from the cramping.

Does anyone else feel it in their toes? 😭

I am so tired. Within the past two weeks my symptoms have increased 100% in severity and I’ve developed so many new symptoms. Since yesterday I’ve been throwing up frequently and my spine hurts in new spots now. I went to bed in tremendous pain from my spine and was super motion sick. Usually I get about an hour of feeling okay when I first wake up in the morning. This morning I woke up and immediately had to throw up and I feel like a bus hit me, but not in a traditional sick way. Yesterday I kept getting the taste and sensation of chlorine water in my sinuses, and that seems to be linked to feeling so nasty? I need to get in with neuro asap, I’m terrified of what damage is happening in my spine right now, but I’m still waiting to even get an appointment scheduled. I feel so panicked and so lost, I just want to go to the ER but it’s not they could help.

UPDATE: ER did just a CT and said “great news! no chiari” 😐, gave me a migraine cocktail, and sent me on my way. Pain is down enough to be manageable, but still sucks. Thank you all for caring 🫶

If anyone else is on tiktok, I’m sure you’ve see it’s prom season. I always find the videos fun and love seeing the variety in dresses, but I feel like I’m seeing some insane dresses this year and idk if it’s my trauma talking or not. I just saw a couple videos and was shocked at how little coverage there was. I’m not talking about modesty either, but more the dresses I’ve seen where girls have very little chest coverage, and I’ve even seen some that are almost entirely see through throughout the entire dress 😭 Am I weird for being thrown off by this? The people engaging on the videos don’t seem to remember these are high schoolers and not adults their same age. I see lots of women commenting about “the girls” on videos posted by 17 year olds. And they all have 10k+ saves. Am I just traumatized and a prude or is anyone else seeing this?
