Extrusion Help?

So, I'm still somewhat new to the Fusion/CAD world, to throw that out there. I've been having chatgpt help me, and honestly, it's just making me run around in circles I feel. Probably could've spent the hours messing around with that watching videos and tutorials, but I digress.

I'm designing a Garmin Edge GPS mount to mount on the upper rear shock link on my Santa Cruz Heckler e-MTB. Don't mind my shitty 3D Scan of the link, I didn't think it needed to be perfect for this.

I pretty much have it all done, except for the slanted sides of the trapezoid base that sits in the pocket of the suspension link. I can't figure out how to create a profile that matches the pocket, well I mean I did, but Drafting it down the plane of the slanted sides didn't work how I wanted it.

The first pic shows the full link/mount combined, you can see the sides of the base are selected and blue. The second pic is after I created a profile for the curvature and gave it a 5mm extrusion. The 3rd pic is after I used a Draft function, you can see it looks janky. The last 3 pics just show the profile of the pocket.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I could leave the trapezoid base the way it is, but I'd like it look more OEM.

Separate, New Sketch on Same Plane?

This seriously can't be done? I did some poking around and saw posts from like '21 where people asked about this. Here it is, years later and it's still not possible, even on the paid version? So annoying.

SRAM Eagle AXS Skipping

Ok, so I have a 2021 Santa Cruz Heckler MX with the OG style Eagle X01 AXS setup. Lately, when in the 2nd hardest gear, when turning right, the chain seems to want to skip off the cog.

I've tried the following:

Adjusting Microshift, doesn't seem to help.
Torquing the axle. This was a bit loose, torqued it down to 15nm per the Burgtec spec, still skipping.
Hanger tool verified the hanger is straight.
Reset the H/L limits.

I can't seem to figure out the culprit. The chain and cassette are relatively new as well.

I believe the chain line is 53mm using the 104bcd spider, but then I saw on SC's website, that I could also use a 55mm chain line and now I'm wondering if that's the issue? FWIW, I have a GX Eagle AXS on my v3 5010 and it doesn't have this issue at all.

Suggestions?

Bad Customer Service

So, I bought a year of Shapr3D back in February, used it for a few weeks, and haven't logged in since. Go to login today, keeps telling me my PW is incorrect, which was saved.

Ok, try to reset it via the app and website, not getting the email with the reset link, at all. I've checked ever folder in my Gmail account, even tried sending it to other emails to make sure I didn't have the wrong email, still no reset email.

Chatbot says if all else fails, create a service ticket and gives me a link....to a login screen. Well, the whole freaking reason I'm contacting you is because I CAN'T LOGIN in the first place. Thanks for nothing chatbot.

Send an email in after doing some searching for contact info (loginsupport@shapr3d.zendesk.com). Got a canned response almost immediately telling me to try what I've already tried 10 fucking times now (sorry, it's frustrating). The email says if none of that work, send a screenshot of "proof of ownership." Luckily, I paid for on my Amex card and was able to find the transaction pretty easily. Sent a screenshot hours ago, still no response.

I work for a software company. If our CS was this abysmal, we'd have customers jumping ship left and right.
