My big brain beardie bit her tail, aiming for a roach and missing.

The damage is so small that it doesn't photograph well, but there's a small dent near the tip and some redness. No blood and no obvious signs of pain or distress. I would guess it's a minor crushing injury.

Any suggestions about what to look for with tail injuries?

I've bathed it in tamodine, cleaned it and applied a wrap with some raw honey (has worked great for small wounds). I'm going to take her to the vet, but it's a public holiday here so I may not be able to take her for a few days.

I'm able to get consistent coffees (pour over and Aeropress) from my S3. Maybe my taste is unsophisticated, but I love the body and rounded taste of the S3. I'm looking for a really good second grinder for work.

By comparison, I find my K6 a bit "thin" tasting and harder to dial in. My C3 makes a nice cup but the flavours get blurred together.

Any recommendations for a 1zpresso grinder that would suit my taste? ZP6, K or X ultra?

99% of the coffee I make just tastes better with the Go Vs standard Aeropress, and I can't work out why. I usually do better with smaller water volumes, so maybe that has something to do with it.

I've changed every aspect of my process and recipe that I can think of, but regardless it almost always tastes better if I use the Go. Any ideas?

2nd day of ownership and I've scuffed the case on a wooden door. I've never seen a watch get damaged so easily.

My question is, does the Venu 4 stand up to long term use? I don't mind a few cosmetic scuffs, but I'm worried about how it will stand up to an accidental knock, working with tools, the gym etc.

Should I trade it in and get an older model Epix or Fenix for the same money?
