Alright, here we have Kamen Rider Vector, also known as Quinn Valefyre. Made his own rider system inspired by Jetstream's suit. He essentially became a Rider to be a "Hero's hero," which is totally different from a sidekick, pinky swear.

While Jetstream's primary powers are fire and speed, he has no small amount of speed himself. But he primary defines himself by his armor drones... Which I swear I had planned before G7. They allow him to redirect the energy of anything they touch towards a different direction.
