Mahi joined AQUA group and broke it apart
Qazi became opportunist and thought to side with Mahi and vice versa

I don’t see anything wrong with Aman Uditi and Arishfa, they are just carving out place for themselves and trying to show Qazi he is not “god”

Both Qazi and Mahi have godlike complex, Mahi must get eliminated this week as her behaviour is very problematic… she uses chakka as slur and called Aman as namard, and Gullu as nalla. I never thought i will say this but she is egoistic

for next 2-3 weeks i will have to do workouts in my society gym… my previous gym had the 45°/lying-down leg press, so this version feels pretty different… this is also the maximum depth this machine allows me to go

my main goal is to add more mass to my legs…especially quads. Does the ROM, foot placement and overall form look okay? Also, what would you change in my leg training if the goal is noticeably bigger legs, i struggle to be calorie surplus
