I have a weird wooshing or fluttering sound when under boost, mechanic says it could be the wastegate and that I would need to replace the turbo.

Is it true?

The stain doesn't go away even if wipped with a wet wipe

Weird sound when starting and under load

Does this sound like chair related to you guys or could it be something else?

I recently been hearing a weird woosh sound when accelerating, it doesn't happen if I'm stopped and reeving it, no CEL, maybe a broken air intake? But I didn't find any cracks on it
