I forgot I took a microdose of diazepam this morning 1mg and I’ve just drank wine

Do you think it’ll be mostly out my system? It was around 10 hours ago and now I’m freaking out. Thank you.

If I took a microdose of diazepam this morning, will it be mostly out my system (10 hours later)

I totally forgot I took .5mg this morning for a dental appointment and I’ve just had a few glasses of wine. Will it be mostly out my system by now? I have health anxiety and it’s just hit me like a tonne of bricks the mistake I’ve made 😂 thank you

Does this sound familiar

33 F. I’ve been dealing with this for months now and nothing seems to help. It’s got even worse in the last 2 weeks to the point I can’t eat anything without severe bloating, nausea and excess gas on top of the searing acid reflux and wheezing/cough. It makes it almost hard to breathe and my upper stomach becomes rock solid and distended no matter what I eat. I’ve also got constantly inflamed sinuses and thumping in my ears. It’s particularly worse at night and laying down feels like I can’t breathe. I’m currently having to lay on my stomach as applying pressure is the only thing that somewhat helps. I’ve tried all the PPIS, antihistamines/ histamine blockers, gaviscon, wind tablets, pepto bismol, herbal teas, anti nausea tablets, changed my diet, you name it nothing works. I’m scheduled for an endoscopy in a few weeks, but this is so unbearable I feel like I’m genuinely going to die. Has anyone had similar symptoms and do I even have GERD?!

I’m 7 months into a severe l5-s1 right side extrusion. I’ve done it all naturally - no pills or surgery. I’m finally starting to get my life back and recently returned to work on a phased return.

I’ve noticed now when I’m walking I have a very slight pinch on my upper left unaffected side that’s bothering me. I have very slight muscle spasms in the left calf also. It’s making my mind spiral wondering if my left side is going to end up the same. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal? Thanks
