I only met one other person with my unique and difficult-to-pronounce name
I have a very unique name that is also hard to pronounce in the country I live in. the first letter does not exist in the U.S.
I've lived here since I was four and it's always been difficult to introduce myself.
Walking and talking in China Town
This is my first time holding the camera, walking, and talking at the same time. I have to get used to it. I'll definitely continue to experiment and will be getting better at it!
I recorded the LIC Summer Streets bike ride
This was my first time doing a voice over on a ride. I am looking to share NYC with folks. I ride every day and always think something like "I wish I could show this to people". I can never get my camera out fast enough. My partner is helping me film my rides and post them now.
Not sure how well I did with this first one. But I'm hoping it's fun for some people to get a peak of the view NYers get to have.
Gilmore Girls Season 2 Wrap Up LIVE
We made it to Season THREE but first, let's review season 2.
This review will be trivia driven! I compiled a bunch of quotes to see if Carrie can remember the context.
Things like:
"If I die I want you to know where the coupon drawer is."
and
“Satanic forces are at work here.”
Join us live and see if you get the answer before Carrie!
The 7-Eleven lie I told my dad
Today is 7-Eleven day! I used to drink a large Slurpees almost every day. I also used to lie to my parents a lot about where I was. One time, I snuck out of my house while my parents were out. I went out to meet some random guy. But I got sloppy. I got home RIGHT after them which meant that I had to admit that I went out. I lied and told them that I just got back from 7-11. (I actually was in Brooklyn.) They knew my love of Slurpees so it would be normal to go to the store and come back quick. But my father was (understandably) fed up. He knew I was lying. I didn't even have a Slurpee in my hand when I got back. I told them the machine's were dead so I got a diet coke (which was in my hand) instead. He wasn't haven't it. (He was right.) So, at 2 am, he said, let's go to 7-Eleven and see. This video is what happened at 7-Eleven that night. Yikes
My dad is dead now. I never told him he was right about that night. Today, I will go to a 7-Eleven and get a Slurpee and pour some out for him. I'm sorry dad. That was pretty fucked up of me.
I’m dying this is way too accurate
