ESMC Interview for Process Engineer role

Hi everybody, I would like to get some information regarding the job interview at ESMC. How many rounds do candidate go through? How long do the rounds last? Are they all on the same day? If there are more rounds, is the first one usually with HR or is it a technical interview? What kind of questions are candidate being asked/what are they interviewer trying to assess? Is it usually in English or German?
Thank you very much in advance, any info would be truly appreciated

Light and breathable sneakers advice (men)

Hi i'm looking for some sneakers to wear at work where i stand and walk all the time. I'd like them to be light and breathable, but the only problem is that most of the sneakers with these characteristics have a tennis/running shoes type of tip (pointy, see attachment), which i really don't like. I'd like them to have a tip that is round as in skaters sneakers (see other attachment). Do you know of any shoes with these characteristics? Thank you

EDIT: Thanks to everybody who answered I have already gathered enough information to make a choice!

Hi everybody, I'm soon going to vacation and will do many activities and I wanna record some memories. I will also ride quad and jet-ski, therefore I'd like to know what's the best choice for my case. On the other hand I don't have a huge budget, I am willing to spend max 80€. There are action cam cheaper than that on Amazon but I'm not sure about their stabilization. What's your advice?

What’s one annoying part of daily work in a lab, R&D, chemistry, or materials science setting that could realistically be fixed or improved with software? I mean, it could be anything like messy files, sample tracking, reports, spreadsheets management, literature, SDSs but also more technical stuff like tools for data analysis, properties predictions, kinetic modelling or whatever you feel would make your workflow less clunky

Hi everybody, I'm not an astrophotographer nor a skilled photographer. I just used to do some street photography with a basic gear many years ago. Now, after many years I have the chance to go on a holiday and I'm going to Tenerife on mount Teide. I'd like to do to some astrophotography while I'm up there but I'm not sure if my gear is appropriate to get some good shots. I only have a Nikon D5100 (not full frame) with a standard 18-55 mm and f/3.5-5.6. I will certainly buy a tripod if this gear is enough. Do you think is possible to get good and reasonably sharp shots with this setup? If yes, what kind of shots I have the best chance to get? If not, what would I need to have the cheapest and most minimal adequate gear?
