Documentary on Netflix with Julia's wife Martina Navratilova was really good

I watched The Final Set last night and really enjoyed it, Julia is in a scene towards the end. It's about tennis, her defection and her life long friendship with Christie Everett. What amazing athletes and survivors. It was interesting and very touching.

Help with Sunscreen that is not too emollient or white. Ideally adds warmth or a youthful glow. Does it exist?

Hi guys !! I live in a sunny state and have older skin. I use KIEHL'S Ultra Facial Cream over my Cle De Peau Hydro Softening Essence Lotion Essentialle and neither one has Sunscreen. ( I did not like the KIEHL's daily moisturizer with SPF).

I have Neutrogena Beach Defense SPF 70 but it's too emollient or Aldi brand LACURA sheer SPF 70 but it is white and my face already is getting kind of ashy.

Does anybody make a sunscreen that might have a flattering tint, that isn't gooey. I use concealer, under eye concealer, blush lipstick and a little brow help for my everyday look.

Thank you so much and any price range is okay.

I watched Cactus Flower (1969) starring Goldie Hawn, Ingrid Bergman and Walter Mattheu.

Last night I watched Goldie Hawn and Ingrid Bergman in Cactus Flower, a light hearted, fast paced, silly tale, with witty dialog. Goldie Hawn's breakthrough Oscar winning wide eyed preformance was delightful and Bergman's groovy dance floor antics, I will never forget. I'm so glad I took off my 2026 glasses, got in the way back machine, and hit play. A fun ride for sure, I was rooting for Igor Sullivan the whole time.

You won a Ride Along Day on Adam 12 but you have to choose between - Reed or Malloy ?

Reed eats tuna sandwiches and hard boiled eggs in the car but Malloy would be busting my chops. Who would you pick?

Class Reunion - S3 E19 is one of my favorite episodes

Andy and Don were so good together and the writing just flowed. The scenes with Andy and his ex are perfection. It gets me every time.

Reminiscing w John Farnham

I love The Little River Band's song Reminiscing and also like watching live preformances.

Today I randomly came across it sung by a singer that was in the band for a couple of years, John Farnham, a famous Australian singer. What a voice ! Check it out.

I am afraid to take Celebrex for inflamation and pain. I wish I could know for sure

if it causes heart attack and all the issues a search brings up. I take it with food, and am careful only take occasionally but the fear of side effects really bothers me. Heart disease is a problem with my family's DNA. I'm in pain and it totally sucks.

I never take Ibuprofen because of ulcer risk, my young niece came really close to dying with a bleeding ulcer when she hurt her shoulder. My PM office says Celebrex is easier on the stomach than Ibuprofen but I don't know what to do. Anyone here take it long term or know someone that does?

I can't remove this with sprays or soaking, any suggestions are welcome. I feel like putting white out on it. It is a small stain but ruins such a nice jacket.

I don't know what it is. Getting ready to donate. Help.

I watched Sergeant York (1941) with Gary Cooper based on a true story

about an unlikely sharp shooter during WW1 who captured 132 German soldiers with his troup of 17 American Soldiers in the Argonne Forest. Extraordinary story and acting by Cooper.

Tips for cooking the best Broccolini, Cauliflower, and or Red Bell Pepper.

I took advantage of a BOGO 50% off yesterday and it's just the two of us. Vegetables are tricky for me to get right. I was raised on mushy soft gross veges, especially cauliflower and broccoli.

I gravitate to roasting but can't seem to get it right like good restaurants do. Burnt, shriveled up or drowning in too much oil seems to happen. Any tips or ingredients to help me out for winning vegetables at home? Thank you in advance !

The Taco Bell Enchirito is back and man is it good

Today I ate my favourite Taco Bell item, (no olives) it's back for a Limited Time. I wish they would leave it on the menu :(

The last time I had one was around 1969.

Edit: the pic is of the original one, not the new Enchirito.

What was your dad like ?

Mine was well liked by others but we didn't talk much one on one. He loved my mom, had a dry sense of humor and watched Elvira on Saturdays.

In a few sentences describe yours on this Fathers Day.

Best Time of year to visit Glacier National Park and least frightening drive to it?

Finally doing a 2027 trip to Glacier and #1 is pick a month. I'd love to see wildflowers and enjoy nice daytime temps so June is being considered. If tons of people will also be thinking the same thing then maybe early September. Are mosquitos heavy in Spring. We are lodging it, so we'll be eating and sleeping indoors. What say you?

I have anxiety on bare cliffs and heard Going to the Sun Road is the only way in but I haven't researched yet. I found an easy drive into Yosemite and its so lovely driving in now next to The Merced River. Any tips? Thank you so much !

Who remembers people worrying about The Trees. Memorandums, faxes, wide reports on dot matrix paper rolling off the printer folding

Neatly into giant reports. So much paper was used! Look at all the trees we're killing. The trees! I really don't miss that.

2 nights at Kalaloch the 2 nights in PA. What day makes sense to see Hoh Rainforest?

Hi all ! We will be flying into Seattle and heading to Kalaloch Lodge for 2 nights then heading to Port Angeles for 2 nights. Weekday end of May.

I've checked drive times, and Waze says from Kalaloch it's an hour drive to Hoh, I read it's best to arrive at Hoh before 10 or after 4 pm.

The most logical thing to do is check out of Kalaloch early but I hate to do that since we paid for that time, Question: If we check out at 11 am and drive to Hoh is there a good chance the lots will be full?

Maybe we should get up early the first morning and devote that day to Hoh then see the beaches the day we check out and mosey our way up to PA. Question, are lots being full also an issue at the beaches?

While staying at PA I want to get up early to see Hurricane Ridge, next day go to the furthest point North/West at the reservation (forgot the name cape something). Thanks for any input !

The Smothers Brothers and Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In were much needed silly shows bringing laughter into homes during stressful times in our Country. I was young but loved to watch.
