Hello so I really want to have a fit body, I mean I am currently not fat fat but chubby and I want to have a fit body i think that i need to lost 15kg. So I have been on diet for like 2 weeks now I don't work out yet. I don't know how to calculate micros or macros, I don't know what exactly my weight is neither my height. But tomorrow I will go out with my friends to a donut shop it also sells coffee so I don't know if I should eat something and drink something or not and on Tuesday I have to attend a family dinner and they'll cook a very unhealthy meal full of oil it also has chicken onions and bread. I am really confused actually. If someone can tell me what to do and explain everything I need to know about weight loss I will really really appreciate it
